Founded in 1999 by Attorney Larry Johnson, the firm was built on principles of integrity, advocacy, and unwavering commitment to clients. Following his passing, the firm continues under the leadership of his daughter, B. Alicia Johnson, Esq., who is proud to carry forward the legacy her father established while guiding the practice into its next chapter.

Managing Attorney

Alicia brings a strong technical and analytical background to her legal practice, allowing her to approach complex matters with precision, clarity, and strategic insight. She works closely with clients across a range of industries to understand their goals, challenges, and innovations, translating complex concepts into practical legal solutions. Known for her collaborative approach, Alicia partners with clients and internal teams alike to ensure legal strategies align with both immediate needs and long-term objectives. Before entering the legal profession, Alicia earned an undergraduate degree in chemistry and began her career as a chemist with a medical device company. This hands-on industry experience gave her a deep appreciation for problem-solving, attention to detail, and real-world application—skills she carries into her legal work today. Alicia is committed to guiding clients through complex legal processes with clear communication, thoughtful advocacy, and a results-driven mindset.
